Instead of employing a bookeeper in your office on a daily, weekly or monthly basis, you provide us with all the necessary documentation to code correctly and produce all financial statements/ sales reports/ budget reports to fit your needs. The documentation can be faxed to us, or e-mailed. We then e-mail back to you the reports that you request monthly and consult with you via a telephone conversation, in order to help you understand the direction your business is headed.
Do you have access to my bank accounts? NO, our function is to reconcile your montlhy accounting transactions, and provide you with informative financial statements. If you wish, we can update your Quickbooks software, but we have no connection or access to your bank accounts.
Can you prepare my year end taxes as well? YES, we can prepare your business and your personal taxes at year end. We are certified to do small business and personal returns. Throughout the year we are coding your information appropriately for tax season. This way at year end we have all the appropriate data to produce your return and file it electronically. If you wish, we can provide you and your accountant a copy of your data at the same monthly rate.

Will I always be assigned the same accountant? YES, you will always be assigned the same accountant. This is important to understand the workings of your individual business.
How long will my information take to be prepared? After we have received your data, we will contact you by e-mail with a completion date. You should receive your financial reports on that date, and can call us for an appointment to go over your monthly business.
What is the best way to transmit my information to you? The easiest and fastest way to transmit your information is to fax it to us. A one minute fax of ten pages is your only responsibility every month. We do the rest.
Is there any cost for accounting questions? We do not charge for accounting questions relating to your business. You can email us, instant message us on AOL, or Yahoo or reach us by telephone.
Do I need to make copies of my cancelled checks? The easiest way to send us copies of the checks is if your checks are imaged on your bank statements. You may fax us copies of the checks themselves (there is no additional charge for those pages), but it is more work for you.
Do I need to purchase any particular software to view my monthly financial reports? The only software we require you have to view the reports is Acrobat Reader 7.0, which is a free download.
What is the cancellation policy for the service, and can I receive my data which you have produced over time? We require a 30 day notice prior to cancellation. If at any time you wish to receive your data we can produce it in either Excel form, PDF or a
