Contract Agreement

The fees in this agreement are exclusive to myvirtualbookkeeper.com.  They do not represent any fees charged or paid by any third party for expenses or services required under this agreement.  myvirtualbookkeeper.com’s efforts depend on the client and its principles providing true and fully accurate information regarding its financial condition, history, and intentions.  All services are provided on a best efforts basis.

Client and it’s principles shall fully indemnify myvirtualbookkeeper.com regarding any lawsuits, liens, or other actions brought by any party related directly or indirectly to the work required under this agreement.  Further, it’s principles shall personally guarantee the payments and obligations under this agreement.

Any and all compensation provided to myvirtualbookkeeper.com relates directly to business services including but not limited to, bookkeeping, accounting, reporting, financial statement creation, billing, payroll and collections.

myvirtualbookkeeper.com retains the right to publicize its efforts with all clients.  As the strategies and programs implemented by myvirtualbookkeeper.com are the goods and services provided to its’ clients.  Client understands that the business services provided by myvirtualbookkeeper.com are it’s primary source of income

All monthly payments will be debited from clients credit/debit card on the day of the month which the client chooses during setup.  Additional charges will be debited from clients credit/debit card if the services on a per page or per job basis exceed the agreed monthly fee.

Cancellation policy:

Client agrees that by canceling this agreement they must give 30 days written notice.  All data maintained for the client is the property of myvirtualbookkeeper.com.  Client may have the data turned over to them based on a per month fee structure.  Data per month is $100 per month.  Data shall be delivered as a quckbooks premiere backup file, which the client may install at their own site.  Client will only be provided the data NOT the software.  Client must purchase their own version of quickbooks permier that is compatable with the current version of the data.

The laws of the State of Massachusetts shall govern the Agreement.  If either party is required to retain the services of any attorney to enforce or otherwise litigate or defend any matter or claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, then the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover from the other party, in addition to any other relief awarded or granted, its reasonable costs and expenses (including attorney’s fees) incurred in the proceeding as shall be decided by the Courts of Arbitrators.  All such proceedings shall occur in Essex County, Massachusetts.

If any provision of this agreement is in anyway unenforceable, it shall not void any other provisions of this agreement.

Client agrees by clicking I AGREE at the bottom of this Agreement legally binds them as their electronic signature.
